Alexandra Ferguson Pillow Cover

The material used by Alexandra Ferguson is 100% post-consumer recycled felt, that is made from recycled water bottles. One pound of fiber is the equivalent of 10 water bottles that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill. Using this equation, each pillow cover is the product of approximately 4 water bottles. And just when you think it couldnt get any better, the felt is also made in the US.

Every pillow cover is handmade from start to finish out of a studio in Westchester County, New York. Letters and shapes are meticulously cut out individually, and stitched down in intricate and decorative motifs. Machine embroidery adds the finishing touch, with the logo at the center back bottom. Zipper closures allow for removable inserts. The handmade and organic process by which the pillow covers are made mean that each one is one of a kind and unique.
